Trust Our Family-Owned Business
Cuts Inc. is a family-oriented business built on this firm foundation: that GOD loves and genuinely cares for all mankind, each one created to have a close personal relationship with him.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” —Jeremiah 29:11
Our philosophy of treating customers like family and providing superior service at competitive prices has proven to be very successful. Our customers say they are very pleased with the care, and attention received, whether it’s for a large industrial outage or a small trench for “Joe the Plumber.”
We’re locally owned and operated, fully insured, and currently boast an EMR well below the industry average. While continuing to grow the company in size, we’re fully capable of both expertise and equipment to handle the largest projects with efficiency.
Emphasizing Worker Safety at All Times
Cuts Inc. currently holds EMR ratings well below the industry average, and we have been labeled “Low Risk” by some of the nation’s largest employers and construction management firms.
At Cuts Inc., we’re truly dedicated to the safety of each employee. Since the beginning, we have utilized a “living” safety plan, a plan that constantly looks for improvement.
To better improve our safety plan, we do “round table” discussions for consistent feedback during each safety meeting. We discuss any “near-misses” or potentially hazardous situations that have arisen. We also discuss what we can do to prevent those hazards from appearing or happening again. Our “round table” discussions are always recorded, allowing us to make a follow-up with either equipment modifications or company procedure amendments.
Although we supply a full array of eye, head, ear, hand, foot, and fall protection, it’s our expert personnel who make the real difference in our program. In order to further promote a safe work space and environment, we only employ drug-screened individuals who demonstrate a commitment and focus to safety.
